This service is provided for the benefit of bowlers or others viewing this site.

To use this site just click on the link to the appropriate section and follow the instructions given.  Please note that while the information given here is vetted neither Burton and District Bowls nor anyone associated with this site can be held responsible for its use or misuse.  If you find any items on this site inaccurate, objectionable or inappropriate in any way please contact the webmaster using the telephone number below or the link on the "ContactUs" page giving clear concise reasons; due consideration will be given to your complaint.

We will accept all completed forms and will carefully consider all subject matter submitted but cannot guarantee any action as a result. Note: By checking the two boxes confirming the accuracy and accepting the terms and conditions you are acknowledging and taking responsibility for the accuracy of any information or content provided and any cost incurred.

Although this is a non-profit making organisation sales or other adverts with full contact information will only be accepted based on a processing charge of £1 per item per month to be paid in in full buy the person submitting the advert; this is to cover the cost of processing and with a stipulation that the buyers or sellers immediately inform ads@burtonbowls.org.uk of any successful transactions so that adverts for any such goods and services can be removed from the site.  Note: on occasion other adverts may be accepted and displayed with no direct contact or forwarding information.  In this case a processing charge of £5.00 will be levied on the sellers before any contact information is given. 

Under no circumstance will Burton Bowls, any of its officers or anyone associated with the web site be responsible for any direct negotiations between parties or offer any guarantees to either parties as to the condition of the goods or services or the reliability of persons involved, neither will they accept or be responsible for any monetary transactions for goods and services listed here.  This service is provided to allow interested parties to make contact only, the processing fee charged is to cover the costs incurred in providing this service only.
